Join us in 2027 when Rice in Japan will be a 300-level program
Join us for Rice in Japan, a six-week summer study abroad program in Japan led by CLIC sensei Dr. Hiromi Takayama. While in Japan, you will be immersed in the language and culture through homestay, excursions, community service experiences, and meetings with local language partners. During the six weeks, students will earn a total of six credits taught by Dr. Takayama and a local instructor in Japan. If you complete JAPA 142 or tested into JAPA 263, you are eligible to apply. いっしょに日本に行って勉強しましょう。
