CLIC presents conferences, symposia, and workshops on topics related to language acquisition, interactional competence, intercultural communication, language instruction methodologies, and language testing. The Annual CLIC Conference, typically held in the spring, is a forum for researchers and educators to come together to discuss recent findings related to that year's topic. Our next conference, Diversity Accross Settings of Language Use & Learning: Identity, culture, and gender, will take place at Rice on April 17 - 19, 2020.
